In Westbrook, there are many different styles of houses for sale. Players can purchase these houses to own fixed assets in Puppy World.
House renewal function
In order to provide continuous income to all users who hold houses, players who hold houses can mortgage CP tokens to obtain the right to continue income from the Bounty Scheme of the house.
Efficient Apartment - Ensuite Apartment need 500 CP.
Efficient Apartment - Studio Apartment need 1000 CP.
Efficient Apartment - Cluster Apartment need 2000 CP.
After the CP has Staked, if the user does not want to continue participating in the house bounty scheme, then can withdraw the staked CP after the next month.
How many types of houses are there?

Efficient Apartment
Efficient Apartment can provide a large amount of housing and is the most basic house in Puppy World. It is located on the west coast of Westbrook, backed by Westbrook’s most famous surf beach. Each apartment can provide 21 rooms, each floor contains 3 rooms, and a total of 7 floors.
Apartment contains three different room types, EnSuite Apartment, Studio Apartment and Cluster Apartment.
EnSuite Apartment
EnSuite is suitable for a single "Puppy" to live in. The house contains the daily necessities. The apartment building is located on the west coast of Westbrook, with a unique sea view, adjacent to the Westbrook city center, and complete supporting facilities.
Studio Apartment

What is the function of house facilities?
Puppies can purchase House facilities in the Pacifica area after purchasing the property. Each piece of furniture added can increase the income of the house.

When the house expires, the owner needs to renew the tax to maintain the house validity.
After purchasing a house, users can get a Property Ownership Certificate with their own signature(The Property Ownership certificate is the only proof to obtain the real house. Once transferred, it will lose the qualification to obtain the house.). This exclusive voucher can be sold in the trading market.
On the expiration date, buyers can use this voucher to redeem the house and enjoy the corresponding rights and interests!
Can housing and Property Ownership certificates be freely traded?
After the user has successfully booked the house, he can obtain the exclusive Property Ownership certificate, which records the house information and the buyer information.
This is the only voucher to exchange the house. The user can freely trade the house in the NFT trading market, but once the transaction is completed, the exchange house will be lost Qualifications.
After the house is exchanged, the residents can freely trade the house in the transaction market, or rent the house.
If the house income matures, can I continue to receive income?
After the house income expires, users can extend the house's bounty program income by paying taxes!
After the house is delivered, can the user own multiple houses at the same time? If I have multiple houses, how to calculate the Share Card LP fee reduction?
Users can own multiple houses at the same time and enjoy the bonuses of the bounty program brought by multiple houses. However, the Share Card LP reduction plan is only based on the highest quality houses in the multi-houses as a reference target.
How to know the location of the house and its information?
We will promote the meta-universe display of the house in 3 different stages. The model and 2D map of the house will be issued before the house is handed over. One month to two months after the house is handed over, 3D display of house information will be supported and the dynamic interaction between users and the house will be supported.
How should I participate in the house purchase?
Draw lots - Each Puppies who want to purchase house must spend 2CP to get a string of corresponding numbers. It must be understood that 2CP will not be refunded, and each address is only allowed to be drawn once. The draw lasts for 4 hours, September 3rd 12:00 UTC Time-16:00 UTC Time. The result of winning the lottery will be announced within 12 hours, and users can check whether the lottery has been won on the official website.

If the house expires, how should I extend the period of use of the house?
By paying a certain tax (calculated in $CP), the period of use can be extended. The tax is related to the price of the house and is 3%~5% of the current transaction price of the house. If you build a house, you need to pay 6%~8% of taxes.
